Top right: Making her debut, “Unmarkable” impressed the crowd with a win in her first race, The Gary Thomas Bookmaker HT5.THE twilight meeting at Healesville Greyhound’s picturesque Don Road track on Saturday marked the halfway mark for the 30 meeting 2005/2006 season.
Club manager Ken Hutchinson reported a good turnout and some excellent straight track racing.
The twilight meetings provide a great atmosphere over summer with races run between 4pm and 7pm offering a great opportunity to enjoy a picnic tea trackside and a punt with the on-site bookmaker.
The next twilight meeting will be held on Saturday, 21 January
