HEALESVILLE under-12 Red cricketers finished an outstanding season in the best possible way.
Captained by Mitchell Baker, the team played a brilliant game against Yarra Junction to claim the 2006/2007 premiership flag.
The season was especially memorable for Mitchell who won the Yarra Valley junior cricket bowling averages award with an average of 3.06. Mitchell also won his club’s under-12 averages and club champion awards.
During the season Mitchell put in some outstanding performances with figures of 5/3 and 5/5.
