RETURNING to Yarra Junction from the Gold Coast has been a rewarding experience for beauty therapist Nicole Paul.
Nicole set up Perfect Beauty by Nicole in Yarra Junction’s busy shopping strip in August and has quickly established a regular, and growing, clientele.
After moving down the line at 19, Nicole then moved to Queensland where she qualified at the Gold Coast Training Academy, also studying health science in aesthetics.
Waxing, facials, eye-brow and eyelash tinting, eyebrow shaping and massage are some of the services provided at Perfect Beauty.
Specialising in Brazilian waxing, Nicole says she guarantees all her work and takes pride in achieving the highest standards. That includes using only top quality waxes and treatments.
“I class myself as a wax artist,” she said, explaining that, as in any endeavour, waxing is very much a skill which requires the therapist to have a thorough understanding of processes to get the best results.
Nicole offers a wide range of waxing for ladies and men from an eyebrow tidy to a full New York Brazilian.
Nicole’s 30-minute “On the go facial” means even the busiest person can enjoy the benefits of a revitalising facial. But for those with a little more time to spare why not indulge in the 60-minute purifying facial or the pampering facial.
For something different, ask Nicole about her fruit acid or collagen facials.
Half and one-hour massages are available as well as a “hot stone” massage.
Nicole said she has been delighted by the welcoming response from people and is looking forward to meeting lots of new customers in the coming months.
“One of the things I have been most pleased about is the number of return clients. It’s great to get positive feedback after you have done a wax or a facial, but when that’s backed up with people coming back time and time again, and others coming in through word-of-mouth referrals, I think I must be doing something right,” she said.
While appointments are preferred, Nicole says she is happy to have people just pop in and will always try to accommodate where possible.
