ALTITUDE Hair Studio in Yarra Junction specialises in a huge range of hair and beauty treatments, offering clients the latest professional hair styles and designs and a growing range of beauty services.
Cathy McLean, Altitude’s senior stylist, who has more than 26 years’ experience in the industry, said the Altitude team prides itself on providing excellent customer service.
“We care and we listen,” she said.
“We want our clients to walk out of here feeling fantastic and that we exceeded the level of service and styling they were looking for.
“Coming to Altitude is not just about having your hair cut, it’s a total experience and we work with you to create a new look or update it, or give you the beauty treatments you’d like.”
Cathy said the salon specialises in hair colour treatments and hair styling from everyday tidy-ups to funky high fashion razor and precision cuts, hair extensions, dreadlocks and permanent ionic chemical straightening.
Altitude also specialises in hair and make-up packages for weddings, formals and other special occasions.
The stylist team, senior stylists Cathy, Adriana Gibson, Jody Munro and Lisa Watt, junior stylists J-Lo Frazer and Kyra Juzwin and salon assistant Jacqui Beck, has been joined recently by Heather Frazer who is looking forward to creating beautiful nails for Altitude clients.
A new beautician will join the team in November providing a full range of beauty services.
As summer draws near, the salon’s spray tan service is another product which is sure to be in demand.
“Liquid Sun spray tans are a 99 per cent natural based product that hydrates and firms the skin and doesn’t leave your skin with that orange colour some other tan treatments can,” Cathy said.
“We have a special on Liquid Sun spray tans at the moment. You can have a body treatment for just $19.95.”
The attitude at Altitude is all about providing a contemporary and comprehensive range of hair and beauty services for the whole family.
“We are very fussy about the job we do because we want our clients to have the best time while they are here,” Cathy said.
“We are a very family friendly salon with games and entertainment to keep the kids happy while mum or dad get some special treatment,” she said.
