FRANK Powell and Aimee Smith will be whipping up an entertainment storm at Healesville later this month.
As Hurricane Duo, Frank and Aimee will be at Healesville RSL on Friday night 27 June presenting the smooth sounds of Norah Jones, Van Morrison and Neil Diamond, along with classic hits of groups including ABBA, The Monkees and The Beatles.
Frank, vocalist guitarist and all-round entertainer, and Aimee, vocalist, keyboards and saxophone, team up beautifully specialising in favourite retro dance hits guaranteed to fill the dance floor.
Frank is an experienced performer who adds personality, humour and talent while Aimee’s versatile singing voice, combined with her raunchy saxophone style, delivers a unique and exciting range of music from Gwen Stefani, Dirty Dancing, to superstar Kylie Minogue, and the sensational ABBA.
With a reputation as one of Melbourne’s premier acts, Hurricane Duo is set to expand its fan club to the Yarra Valley when they perform at the RSL from 8.30pm to late.
For further information, or to book, phone the RSL on 5962 5017.
