BANGERS is a ‘B’ word – just ask Healesville Primary School’s prepies.
Sixty students went out on their first school excursion last week to discover the diversity of the letter ‘B’.
A ride on the B-bus was followed by a B-behind-the-scenes look at Trev’s B-butcher shop, then off to the library to read some B-books.
Trev and Simone Tippett and staff at Trev’s Butchers showed the youngsters how sausages are made and enlisted their help to make rissoles before serving up some B-bangers in B-bread as a special treat.
The children will complete their encounter with the letter B by making posters to go on display at the shop, and B-books to show their families just how exciting school can B-be.
