BONNIE Anderson, the little singer with the big voice, could be in the market for a bigger piggy bank after a fantastic performance in hit talent show “Australia’s Got Talent” on Sunday night.
After getting through to the grand final, Bonnie, 12, from Yarra Glen, wowed the judges and the audience with a powerful performance of the Mariah Carey gospel song “Jesus What a Wonderful Child”.
“You have an energy that radiates,” said judge Dannii Minogue … and Red Symonds agreed.
“I like that you like what you do. It radiates from you,” he said.
While the contestants will know on Thursday who the winner is, the official announcement will be made on Sunday night on the show.
“Whatever happens, we’re so pleased with everything,” said Bonnie’s mother, Connie Lee-Anderson on Monday.
“It will be hard, but it will be the biggest secret I’ve ever had to keep,” she said … with fingers and toes crossed.
Australia’s Got Talent goes to air on Channel 7 on Sunday, 29 April, at 7.30pm.
