POLICE are looking for the owner of a motorised scooter found in Chum Creek last week.
Senior Constable Michelle Driscoll from Healesville police said the scooter was found in a paddock off Chum Creek Road at around 2.45pm on Wednesday, 8 November.
“The key-start scooter, which looks fairly new, is cherry-red and looks like it could be used by an elderly person for mobility,” she said. “We found the Esthete brand scooter hidden in a paddock and are keen to locate the owner or owners.”
Sen Con Driscoll said a door-knock of the area failed to provide police with any clear leads.
“It is unusual to find a scooter like this in the middle of a paddock,” she said.
Anyone with information about the scooter is asked to call Healesville police on 5962 4422.
