Emerging Warburton based artist Felicity Grabkowski’s exhibition is in its last week at the Arts Centre, Warburton.
‘Undulations’ is a mixed media work that focuses on our connection with landscape; ranging from a six metre suspended paper sculpture and large abstract paintings through to delicate clay works, digitally manipulated photographic works and animations.
Born in Adelaide, Ms Grabkowski’s fascination with art and the natural world led her to study design and landscape architecture before moving to Canberra to work in the environmental sector.
She now lives in Warburton, where she draws inspiration from the ranges.
‘Undulations’ includes recent works by Ms Grabkowski, with a nod to the sculptural terrain of the Yarra Ranges and other Australian landscapes
The ‘Undulations’ exhibition is supported by the Yarra Ranges Council through their Culture Tracks program.
The exhibition ends on Thursday 14 March.
