Crystal Tan Yoga is hosting a yoga and slow food retreat in Don Valley on Sunday 5 June from 3pm to 6pm.
Attendees will gather at Yama Ki, 1284 Don Valley Rd, Don Valley and begin with a nature walk through the mountain ash forest.
A grounding meditation and sharing circle will then be held by an open fire, with Crystal leading attendees through a slow and inviting yoga session before finishing with an organically sourced dinner prepared by Phuong. The meal is a pasture raised chicken broth, miso slow-cooked chicken topped with finger lime chilli kosho, pomegranate pickled daikon, slow-roasted autumn root vegetables, perennial green herbal salad, hazelnut chocolates and herbal tea.
