COUNTRY Gardeners Nursery at 1875 Warburton Highway in Woori Yallock is the Yarra Valley’s one-stop shop for all plant, pot and garden supply needs.
Owners Shane and Karin Franks took over the business, which features an acre of picturesque garden displays, more than three years ago.
Shane, who has been a nurseryman for 22 years, said the business prides itself on offering the highest quality products available and friendly, professional service and advice.
Country Gardeners Nursery stocks a huge range of plants, has the biggest and best range of pots in the Yarra Valley, and has a gift shop brimming with gifts for all occasions.
The nursery has an impressive selection of native plants, vegetable and flower seedlings, cottage plants, shrubs, grasses, ground covers and seasonal plants, and a large range of fruit, citrus and ornamental trees (see advertisement on this page for specials).
The nursery’s pot collection features hundreds of glazed and terracotta pots of all shapes and sizes in a wide range of colours and textures, and the nursery also stocks water features, bird baths, garden ornaments, wind chimes and sculptures.
Country Gardeners Nursery also has an extensive range of potting mixes, garden mulches, fertilisers and other garden care products, and stocks water-feature lighting and pond-care products.
The nursery’s a gift shop stocks a wide range of homewares such as garden furniture, photo albums, jewellery, silk flowers, cushions and figurines.
In spring, Country Gardeners Nursery will also carry a wide range of pool and spa cleaning products.
Shane said: “If we haven’t got it, we’ll get it in, and because we’ve got the experience and the knowledge, we offer an on-site plant advice and placement service.”
