AS THE name suggests, We Do Glass and Mirrors in Woori Yallock is the place to go for all glass and mirror needs.
The business, owned and operated by glazier Eddie Charlwood, has been servicing clients across the Yarra Valley for the past four years.
Mr Charlwood, who has more than 40 years’ trade experience, specialises in the supply and installation of a range of domestic and commercial glass and mirror products.
In addition to selling glass cut to size, We Do Glass and Mirrors also stocks a large range of mirrors, supplies frameless shower screens and carries out window repairs.
The business can also supply a large range of glass splash backs for kitchens and bathrooms in a wide range of colours.
It also supplies leadlighting made to order and offers leadlight repairs.
The only retail glazier in Woori Yallock, Mr Charlwood offers a free measure and quote service with no strings attached.
“When people are looking at renovating their bathroom or kitchen, they should come and see me first and I’ll give them advice and tips that can save them money,” he said.
“I don’t charge for quotes and I always look after customers when it comes to offering competitive prices for top quality work.”
We Do Glass and Mirrors has an impressive selection of mirrors, splash backs and shower screens on display in its retail shop.
“If the shop is unattended people can leave a message on the notepad on the front door and I’ll get back to them, or phone the shop on 5964 6100 or my mobile on 0419 667 306,” he said.
“I believe customer service is very important and I always look after my customers. No service – no customers.”
Mr Charlwood said he had completed a wide range of glazing projects right across the Yarra Valley and beyond, from as far a field as Marysville to East Warburton, to Kallista and down to Ringwood.
“There is a strong sense of community in the Yarra Valley and surrounding areas and I’m really enjoying being part of that,” he said.
