From 11am to 3pm on Sunday 1 May, the Warburton Valley Market is back for its monthly visit.
The Valley Market Warburton provides a wonderful shopping experience, with over 30 stalls ranging from fresh local produce, food, arts, raft and more.
The market is on Thomas Avenue at the rear of the Arts Centre, on the banks of the Yarra River and will also feature local musicians to entertain visitors.
This month features Malini Chidzey and Craig Swindells playing relaxing and meditative music blending the tonal qualities of the Ngoni (14 string African Harp) and the violin and Phoebe like the Moon, who’s powerful stage presence, mesmerising voice, intricate melodies and story-like songs have won the hearts of all who hear her.
The markets make local growers’ produce accessible to local and visiting communities, providing a place to purchase local veggies, fruit, wine, chocolate, artisan bread, honey, eggs, cheese, local art, craft and more.
The organisers support plastic bag free as much as possible.
