Dare to Change Therapies is hosting a Sound Medicine Hike on Saturday 16 April.

From 9am to 12pm, experience a mindful hike and connect with nature with guided forest bathing and meditations, combined with sound healing among the trees.

The hike will take place on The Ada Tree trail, Yarra State Park, Warburton and tickets cost $53.84.

The hike grady is an easy 3km (well-formed dirt track with some slight inclines).

Sound Healing is an ancient shamanic practice of sound immersion and meditation, as the vibrations help to calm, heal, and rejuvenate the soul. You will be soothed with the sounds of drumming, flutes, chimes, plant music and vocals in a beautiful forest setting.

During a Sound Medicine Hike, you will receive a sound healing, be guided on how to forest bathe, experience meditation in nature and be encouraged to connect with the nature around you.

The facilitator, Catherine Marty is a trauma therapist and sound healer and is passionate about using her experience as a facilitator and hiker to share her love of connecting to nature and healing.
