A FREE family film night on Friday 11 December will launch Rochford Winery’s summer series of Flix in the Stix.
Bedtime Stories the movie will commence at 9pm as part of the Yarra Ranges Council Community Bushfire Recovery.
The film is a family comedy about a hotel handyman whose life changes when the lavish bedtime stories he tells his niece and nephew start to magically come true. Live music by Travis Collins and Liam Brew will set the mood in the lead up to the film as night falls.
With the release of his second album, No Boundaries, the contemporary country/rock performer is rapidly being embraced as one of Australia’s most exciting new talents.
Liam Brew is an 18-year-old winner of the Tamworth Star Maker Quest. He launched his debut album Wild Heart in August and, like Collins, is winning fans right across the country music scene.
Rochford will release it’s full program of Flix in the Stix on the night.
Picnic hampers are allowed but no alcohol or glass can be brought in. Food and beverages will be available for purchase.
Further inquiries for the Free Family Night can be made to Leanne Manfre on 1300 368 333. For information on the Flix in the Stix series, contact Rochford Winery on 5962 2119.
