Hit the library these holidays

NO SHOOSHING in the libraries over the school holidays!
At Yarra Junction and Healesville there will be plenty of activity and, no doubt, lots of chatter. Healesville starts its holiday program tomorrow (Wednesday) with an alien invasion. Make your own alien and spaceship for just a $1. Suits ages five to 11.
On Wednesday 15 April, kids can make either a dinosaur or a regal queen marionette puppet. Cost is $3 and the activity is suitable for kids from five to 12.
Kids of all ages will be keen to meet local writer Jo Rothwell, author of the ‘My Adventure’ series of books. Ms Rothwell will be at Yarra Junction Library on Thursday 9 April at 11am.
On Friday 17 April kids aged from five years can send their worries on their way as they make a worry doll and look over the library’s collection of Worry Doll stories.
