A 23-YEAR-OLD man under the influence of alcohol rolled his unregistered white coupe on River Road, in Millgrove, on Thursday 29 October, according to police.
Warburton police Sergeant Tom Wilkinson said the man was exceeding the speed limit when the incident occurred.
There were two other occupants in the vehicle, and one sitting in the back seat was not wearing a seat belt, Sgt Wilkinson said.
All occupants sustained minor injuries and sought their own medical treatment, and ambulance services were not called.
Sgt Wilkinson said the driver had a blood alcohol reading of 0.123.
The driver’s licence was suspended on the spot, and he was charged with exceeding the blood alcohol level, reckless conduct and other related charges.
He was summonsed to appear in court at a later date.
