Winery goes to the movies

ROCHFORD winery in Coldstream is introducing open-air movies to the Yarra Valley.
Twilight Experience will see the stars of the big screen perform beneath the stars of the Yarra Valley night sky over summer.
The recently completed grassed outdoor amphitheatre will offer a stunning sunset view of the surrounding vineyards. Combined with a backdrop of stars, wine, food and movies, Rochford’s Twilight Experience will be a wonderful new summer entertainment option.
Movies will cater for families, a romantic summer interlude or a girls’ night out with movies including Sex In The City, Muriel’s Wedding, Bee Movie, The Dark Knight and Kung Fu Panda.
The first, Sideways, will be screened on Friday 14 November.
Rochford’s Twilight Experience runs throughout summer, most Friday nights and various Thursday nights until 27 February.
Family tickets are available and movie-goers can either take along a blanket or chairs will be available for hire.
Umbrellas? No need – if it rains, the films will move inside to the winery restaurant.
