Gates will open at 11am, and there will be four music stages for visitors to work their way around, each with a different vibe to suit revellers.

Cuban band Carlito’s Way will be performing their authentic Cuban music to dance to, as well as DJ Santigo Son bringing commercial house to the festival.

Visitors will also get the chance to learn salsa dancing on behalf of Melbourne Salsa.

The night is set to wrap up at 6pm, and buses are available to transport visitors to and from the city.

Tickets start from $73.50 for general admission gate tickets, which include lunch and a glass of cider, with restaurant upgrades available.

Tickets can be purchased through rochfordwines.com.au or winequest.com.au.
