YARRA Junction sprang to life on Sunday as the Ecotopia Junction Community Festival showed that sustainability, community and fun are a great mix.
Hosted by Yarra Valley ECOSS, the festival pulled together a spectacular program of music, workshops, stalls, alternative therapies, great food and family activities and showcased community facilities including the Upper Yarra Museum, Yarra Centre, Ben’s Shed and the skate park.
Highlights included the recycled fashion parade, the music stage with an eclectic and exciting program of local bands, Julian Warner’s Tiny House, the friendly, vibrant atmosphere and the opportunity to discover new and wonderful approaches to sustainable living.
