HEALESVILLE Racing Club again reported a well-attended meeting over the weekend, with the sunshine and blue skies making it an inviting event to enjoy.
Chairman of the Healesville Racing Club, John O’Neill said he was thankful to the Healesville Pony Club, which helped the owners, trainers and strappers in the restricted areas as EI restrictions are still in place.
As punters enjoyed the sunshine, Jessica Moroni rode a double winning on Baltic Storm in the second and on Purge in the fourth race.
Adam Bodey also rode a double in the first and last race on Seamstress and Nothin’ But A Star.
The next meeting, The Ploughboys Raceday, will be held on Sunday 3 February. It will be a day of music and racing.
