Owner of You Scream Tony McFarlane will run freeYOU Scream Ice Cream Parlour will invite children of all ages to take part in the behind the scenes aspect of making ice cream sold in the shop.
Workshops will be run at 10.30am Wednesdays and Saturdays throughout the summer school holidays.
Other times can be arranged by appointment only.
Bookings are essential for the workshops which will walk groups of six to 12 children through the steps of making ice cream from mixing and measuring the ingredients, holding the blender and seeing the finished product take shape.
