SOME of the biggest names in rock will soon be seen at Yering Station.
A photographic exhibition showcasing rock identities including Bon Scott, Kurt Cobain, Kylie Minogue and The Rolling Stones opens at Yering Station Art Gallery on Saturday, 3 February.
‘The Kids Are Alright’ is a photographic exhibition organised to raise desperately needed funds for the Mirabel Foundation. The photographers have donated all images exclusively for the exhibition.
Profits from sales of the photographs will be donated to the foundation that assists children orphaned or abandoned as a consequence of illicit drug use by their parents.
The iconic images, all available for sale, have been carefully reproduced from the original film at LabX.
Editions are strictly limited and each photograph is signed and numbered by the photographer and comes with a certificate of authenticity.
The exhibition will run until 10 April.
Yering Station is at 38 Melba Highway, Yarra Glen. For further information contact Amanda Ruck 9730 0100.
