SINCE opening in August 2001, Ray White Yarra Junction has established itself as one of the leading agencies in the Yarra Valley.
Covering the Yarra Valley from Wandin to Reefton and across to Healesville, the Ray White network has more than 100 offices in Victoria.
The company has more than 870 offices throughout Australasia making it one of the largest real estate franchises.
Principal Brett Stanley, who grew up in Healesville, says a lot of his business comes by way of referral and generally being known in the area.
“This is due to honesty to clients and excellent communication, especially to vendors, on current market trends and giving feedback after each inspection,” he said.
Mr Stanley has been in the industry for more than 20 years and was ranked the number one salesperson for the franchise he was working with in New Zealand prior to returning to the Yarra Valley to establish the Yarra Junction office.
Ray White Yarra Valley also offers superior property management services.
The property management department manages properties in all areas of the Yarra Valley with Jane Nunn being renowned for her excellent service to landlords and tenants alike.
Mr Stanley has seen many changes in the Yarra Valley and is happy to see a lot more people buying in the area are doing so for a lifestyle change rather than the old reason of cheaper homes.
“We are finding families wanting larger allotments with a country outlook who are prepared to sacrifice commuting times or work closer to where they settle,” he said.
He is also happy to see that prices have remained fairly stable although he believes this is probably due to a decrease in the amount of homes on the market in the past two to three years.
“There are still qualified buyers frustrated at the lack of choice of homes on the market so if you are thinking of selling, buying or letting a home call me and my staff – guarantee friendly, professional service,” Mr Stanley said.
