Police are continuing to appeal for public help to find Don Valley man Edward Fitzpatrick.
The 42-year-old left Maroondah Hospital at 1.10pm on Tuesday 9 April and was last seen a short time later near Ringwood East Railway Station.
He has not been seen or made contact with family since.
He is described as Caucasian in appearance and 183 centimetres tall with a thin build, tanned skin and sandy-coloured thinning hair.
Edward is believed to be travelling on public transport.
Police and family have concerns for his welfare due to medical conditions that require medication.
He is known to frequent the Wandin, Seville, Yarra Junction and Ringwood areas.
Anyone who sees Edward or has information on his whereabouts should call Ringwood Police Station on 9871 3000.
